FIVE FREQUENCIES
LEADERSHIP
SIGNALS THAT TURN
CULTURE
INTO
COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
ABOUT THE BOOK
Your organization’s culture: It’s either an asset or a liability. At this very moment, it’s either lifting your business performance or “eating your strategy for breakfast.” How do you ensure it’s the former, not the latter? Based on the authors’ 20+ years of research, the answer couldn’t be clearer: Intentionally or unintentionally, you create culture through the signals you transmit on Five Frequencies®:- Your decisions and actions
- What you reward and recognize
- What you tolerate (or don’t)
- How you show up informally
- Your formal communications
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Jeff Grimshaw, Tanya Mann, Lynne Viscio, and Jennifer Landis are principals at MGStrategy.
For two decades, they’ve helped leaders measure and manage culture as a source of competitive advantage.
First, they help leaders assess the gap between the culture they have and the culture they need. Then they help leaders close that gap,
with strong and steady signal on Five Frequencies. The payoff? When leaders measurably strengthen culture, business performance follows.
Based in Philadelphia, they are currently helping leaders on six continents.
